At about 10:15 p.m., on Monday, April 3, the Salt Lake City Fire Department responded to a fire at  610 S. 300 South (formerly a community health facility). According to investigators, preliminary evidence collection indicates that the fire may have been intentionally set. In addition, a witness claims to have seen an individual fleeing the scene.
